Q.How does your pricing work?
A.Tookan provides flexible pricing both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans have a duration of twelve months and are paid upfront. If there are any accumulated task overages, we will charge you at the end of the month.
Q.Can I choose a subscription plan suiting my business model?
A.Yes, We are happy to design a plan that suits your business model the best. Please contact our chat support executive for customized bulk plans.
Q.If I am an existing customer, can I shift to the new pricing plan?
A.Yes, existing customers can also shift to the new pricing plan or they can stick to their existing plan if they want. Once they shift to the new pricing plan, they still have the option to shift back to their previous plan.
Q.How are connected stops charged?
A.Whether you create 1 pickup or 1 delivery or a pickup & delivery, all of them will be counted as one task. Every additional connected stop is counted as half task. So if you have created 1 pickup and 2 deliveries, it will be counted as 1.5 task. If the total number of tasks at the end of the month exceed the limit of your plan, you will be charged as per the additional task rate.
Q.What am I charged for SMS messages?
A.SMS messages charges enitrely depend on the SMS gateways used buy you.
Q.What am I charged for Route Optimization?
A.Route optimization is a post paid extension and we charge you 0.01$ for every task.
