Customer Flow

Customer downloads the application and signs-up by filling up their name, email and phone number.

Once downloaded, the customer will have a list of local merchants who can deliver the supplies.

After choosing the local vendor, the customer can select the items to be delivered at his place.

The customer then confirms his orders and an estimate cart value is calculated.

Merchant Flow

Once the order is placed by the customer, the merchant gets a notification in real time.

The merchant gets a snapshot of the order details and has an option to accept/reject the order.

Agent Flow
