The Tookan integration with BigCommerce streamlines the end-to-end ordering and delivery processes. Now you can automatically send BigCommerce orders to your Tookan account directly and start dispatching, tracking, and managing the deliveries to be fulfilled out in the field!
The integration process is very simple and takes only a few minutes to set up. Here’s a step by step guide:
Login to your Tookan Dashboard and Navigate to the extension section. Search for Bigcommerce, click on activate, and fill in the BigCommerce credentials
Get your Client ID, Client secret, Store hash, and Access token from Bigcommerce Dashboard. Bigcommerce dashboard > Side Menu > Advance settings > Create API account > Create V2/V3 API Token > Give access to Oauth scopes > SAVE. After clicking on saving you will get your Client ID, Client Secret, and Access token.

Store Hash: Get your Store Hash from the URL as shown below.
- Timezone: Fill your timezone, To know your timezone click here
- Buffer time: Buffer time to pick your order in minutes
- Geofence: Enable this toggle, if you’re willing to apply Geofence on Tookan i.e. Tasks will be Aligned to the Agents according to their Geofence
- Auto-Assignment: By enabling this, you can use the auto allocation algorithm configured on Tookan for the jobs created from Bigcommerce.
After filling these fields successfully, click on Submit.
Now you can go to the store and create an order, once you change the order status to Awaiting shipment under the Orders section of BigCommerce your orders would be pushed from Bigcommerce to Tookan for delivery.
