Integrate Dunzo with Tookan DMS using Tookan F2 extension

Dunzo is an Indian company that provides delivery services in 8 Indian cities namely- Bengaluru, Delhi, Gurugram, Pune, Chennai, Jaipur, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

This integration helps align you with Dunzo providers who can deliver your orders with ease. The orders coming to Tookan or created on Tookan will go through the Dunzo and then move forward for the Delivery. Dunzo uses their vehicles and is an expert in routes, making your deliveries effective by saving both cost and time.

The integration process is very simple and takes only a few minutes to set up. Here’s a step by step guide:

Step:1 Login to your Tookan account > Side Menu > Extensions > Search for Tookan F2 extension and activate it.

Step2: After activating it go to your Tookan Dashboard > Side Menu > Delivery Merchants.

Step3: Under Delivery Merchant set priority for Dunzo and add Dunzo client ID and Client secret key by clicking on three dots under Actions.

NOTE: In order to receive the status callback from Dunzo to Tookan, Webhook URL ( https://api-3112.tookanapp.com/dunzo/updateStatus?api_key=YOUR_V2_API_KEY) needs to be configured on the Dunzo platform. Please contact dunzoforbusiness@ dunzo.in for the same.

Get your V2 API key from Tookan Dashboard > Side Menu > Settings > API Keys > Generate V2 API Keys

After entering the Dunzo client ID and Client secret key successfully click on the update button and enable the toggle. 

Now Orders created on Tookan will go through the Dunzo and then move forward for the Delivery

Integrate Dunzo with Tookan F2 flow

Step1: Signup using Tookan F2 flow

Step2: Login to your Tookan F2 dashboard and under Delivery Merchant set priority for Dunzo and add Dunzo client ID and Client secret key by clicking on three dots under Actions.
