Click Labs acquires Evermile to supercharge AI retail operations for small businesses
London, UK – August 12, 2025 – Click Labs, a global SaaS leader in logistics and on-demand delivery software, has acquired Evermile, an AI-powered retail operations platform based in London and Tel Aviv. Designed specifically for small and mid-sized retailers, Evermile helps businesses streamline their day-to-day operations with automation and AI.This acquisition strengthens Click Labs’ position in the retail tech space and brings cutting-edge tools to smaller businesses that have long been underserved by traditional enterprise software.
Helping smaller retailers compete with big brands
Retail is changing fast. AI is reshaping ecommerce, and customer expectations are higher than ever. But while large companies have the tools and teams to keep up, small and independent retailers are often left behind.
Click Labs and Evermile are now working together to level the playing field. Their combined platform gives SME retailers the ability to automate complex workflows, deliver personalized experiences, and simplify operations — without needing big budgets or technical teams.
Evermile acts like a virtual operations manager
Founded in 2022 by Omer Goldschmidt, Ynon Cohen and Omry Hochberg, Evermile was built to solve a real problem: running a modern retail business is hard when you have a small team and no time.
Evermile acts like a virtual operations manager, handling everything from preparing orders and assigning deliveries to tracking SLAs, managing customer support, and personalizing engagement. The platform’s AI agents and orchestration engine do the heavy lifting, so retail teams can focus on growing their business.
Since its launch in 2023, Evermile has supported the daily operations of thousands of independent retailers across the UK and processed hundreds of thousands of orders. Brands like Ottolenghi, CakeBox and Paul’s Bakery rely on it to simplify their operations and scale their businesses without the complexity of traditional systems.
Going global with Click Labs
Omer Goldschmidt, Evermile’s co-founder and CEO, said the acquisition marks a big step forward in the company’s mission.
“We built Evermile to close the technology gap for independent retailers. Our mission has always been to help small teams compete at the highest level, without needing complex, expensive tools or large teams. By joining Click Labs, we can now take that mission global across more markets, verticals and delivery models.”
Click Labs, best known for platforms like JungleWorks, Tookan, Yelo and Hippo, is expanding beyond logistics into full-scale retail operations. Evermile will continue to operate as a standalone brand for now, while its technology is gradually integrated into Click Labs’ existing product suite. This will roll out across markets in North America, Europe, the Middle East and APAC.
Samar Singla, CEO of Click Labs, said the acquisition is about more than just tech.
“Evermile brings exceptional technology, deep operational expertise and a platform that merchants genuinely love. Together, we’re going to help retailers simplify how they run their businesses, deliver better experiences and grow smarter in today’s fast-moving market.”
A sign of things to come in retail tech
This acquisition is part of a bigger trend in the industry. Retailers are tired of using fragmented tools that don’t work well together. Instead, they want unified platforms that handle everything — from fulfilment and delivery to customer communication and loyalty.
Other recent deals, like DoorDash buying SevenRooms or Uber’s investment in Trendyol, reflect the same shift. It’s no longer just about solving one problem at a time. Retailers want end-to-end solutions that make their lives easier.
