How to enable admin approval for products in the dashboard?
If you want the admin to verify each product before it’s listed on the marketplace, enable the admin approval for products toggle available in the Catalog page under Order Settings

Can billing tax details be modified?
Yes, to edit the existing tax details, scroll to the bottom of the Catalog page under Order Settings and click on the “⋯” icon.

How to enable cash on delivery payments?
Go to the Checkout page under Order Settings and enable the Cash on Delivery toggle.

Can merchants override payment methods?
Yes, to enable this feature, go to the Payment Settings section in the Checkout page and click on the right toggle.

How to enable custom checkout form?
Go to the Checkout page under Order Settings, scroll to the bottom and add the custom fields you want to include in the checkout form.

Can we set all incoming orders to auto accept?
Yes, disable the Accept/Reject Orders toggle in the Orders page under Order Settings to automatically accept all incoming orders

What are the types of cancellations available in the marketplace?
You can enable two types of cancellation reason; Custom, where customers can provide their own reason for cancelling the order or you can define multiple reasons and the customer can choose one of them.

Can you add tier wise commission in the dashboard?
Yes, to enable this feature, go the Commissions page in Order Settings and click on Add Tier.
