Can customer sign up fields be modified?

  • Go to the Customer page under User Settings in the Configure section of the sidebar
  • Scroll to the Signup Template section and add the new field you want included in the signup form
  • Click on the blue Save button

Which social platform can customers use to sign up on your platform and can this be modified?
Presently, customers can sign up on your platform using their Google or Facebook account and through OTP verification. You can enable any or all of these in the Customer page under User Settings.

How to enable customer login restriction?
To restrict customer from accessing the platform without logging in into the platform, enable the Customer Login Restriction toggle in the Customer page under User Settings.

Can we set a one time customer sign up fee?
Yes, to set a one time sign up fee for customers, enable Stripe and then the Customer Signup Fee toggle in the Customers page under User Settings.

Can we add multiple customer subscription plans in the platform?
Yes, to add a new customer subscription plan, go the Customer page under User Settings and scroll to the bottom. All the plans you add will be visible here.

How to import customers through CSV?
Go to the Customers page under General and click on the Import Customers icon on the right corner. Download the sample CSV file, fill in all the details in the file and upload it. All the customers you added will be visible in the Customers page.
