What is the limit to the number of agents in the pricing plan?

There is no limit to the number of agents in any pricing plan.

Do I need to add my Credit/ Debit Card Details for trial?

No, we don't need any Credit/ Debit card details to create an account for a 14-days free trial. You can add an unlimited number of agents, and figure out if Tookan is a right fit for your business.

What is a connected task?

When more than one stops are created at once and assigned to the same agent, they together constitute a Connected task.
Note: Client can assign different agents to the stops in a connected task if he wants.

How are connected stops charged?

Whether you create 1 pickup or 1 delivery or a pickup & delivery, all of them will be counted as one task. Every additional connected stop is counted as half task. So if you have created connected 1 pickup and 2 deliveries, it will be counted as 1.5 task. If the total number of tasks at the end of the month exceed the limit of your plan, you will be charged as per the additional task rate.

How does my 14-day free trial work?

Your free trial period allows you to try Tookan Free for 14 days to determine whether it will be a good fit for your business needs. You can add any number of agents and do unlimited tasks. When your trial expires, upgrade to a plan that suits your business type.

How does your pricing work?

Tookan provides flexible pricing both monthly and annual plans. Annual plans have a duration of twelve months and are paid upfront. If there are any accumulated task overages, we will charge you at the end of the month.
