Director - Sales (SaaS)

We are looking for Director - SaaS Sales, to work in a fast pace culture, with a young workforce that is catering to the on-demand industry at global scale. You will be a fantastic fit if you have excellent knowledge over IT Solution Sales/Service Selling /Mobility Sales with a good tab over US/UK/India Market.

You Should Have:

  • An Entrepreneurial Spirit – sales is your business, and you own yours
  • An internal drive to succeed – we can’t teach you how to want it, it has to come from you
  • Strong understanding of SaaS based products
  • Proven ability to self-motivate, and achieve personal and established goals
  • Professional appearance and outgoing personality; ability to command the attention of any room you enter and leave favorable impressions
  • Seasoned sales professional with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Last but not least – ENERGY and LOTS of it!

Your role & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing and Customer Relationship activities.
  • Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
  • Take ownership of the management of the sales and marketing functions of the business
  • Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Monitors external and internal environment for the development of new market segments.
  • Research, prospect, and build targeted client base for business development.
